Cat7 FTP (Foiled Twisted Pair)  high-performance Ethernet cable standard designed for ultra-fast data, supporting 10 Gbps (10,000 Mbps) speeds up to 100 meters and even 40/100 Gbps over shorter distances, featuring robust shielding (individual foil wraps for pairs plus an overall braid/foil) to eliminate crosstalk and electromagnetic interference (EMI), making it ideal for demanding commercial or data-intensive home networks needing superior reliability. 
Excellent for server rooms, high-speed data centres, video conferencing, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices where performance and stability are critical. Cat 7 cables are backwards compatible with Cat 5e and Cat 6.
