Description

NYFGY cables are Medium Voltage cables manufactured to DIN VDE 0271 with copper conductors, PVC insulation and inner sheath, flat steel wire armour and PVC outer sheath. NYFGY cable are specified for a range of fixed applications for power distribution within colder operating environments in
power plants and heavy industrial settings.

NYFGY has an operating temperature range of -5°C to +70°C. due to having PVC insulation. NYFGY cable is specified where there is potentially a high risk of mechanical damage, where critical power must be maintained in power distribution systems. The cable can be installed internally and external and is suitable for direct burial due to the flat steel wire armour which offers mechanical protection.
