LiHCH Screened LSZH Cable

Description

LiHCH is a multi-core, screened signal and control cable engineered with flexible Class 5 copper conductors and low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) insulation and sheath. Its construction includes a tinned copper wire braid (TCWB) that serves as an electromagnetic shield, effectively suppressing signal interference in electronically dense environments. It has a minimum bend radius of 10 times the outer diameter and operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C.

This cable is mainly used for low-voltage data transmission between electronic devices. It is an industry standard for industrial automation, robotics, and telecommunications, particularly in high-occupancy public infrastructure like airports and medical facilities. While the LSZH outer sheath is resistant to various oils and mechanical stress, it is specifically intended for indoor use in dry conditions.

LiHCH cable has high safety performance due to its construction; in a fire, the halogen-free compound in both the insulation and sheath ensures minimal smoke density and zero corrosive gas emission.
