LiHH LSZH Control Cable

Description

LiHH LSZH cables are flexible multi-core electronic cables designed for data transmission, signal control, and instrumentation applications. These cables are widely used in industrial automation, computer systems, measuring equipment, and office machinery where low-voltage, low-current signaling is required. Operating at voltage ratings of 350V or 500V depending on the conductor size, they ensure reliable signal transfer between electronic components and automated production lines.

The cable features flexible Class 5 plain copper conductors, insulated with a halogen-free thermoplastic compound. Cores are color-coded in accordance with DIN 47100 for easy identification and twisted together in layers, a flame-retardant Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer sheath. Manufactured generally to German standard VDE 0812, these cables comply with international fire safety standards IEC 60332-1-2, IEC 60754-1/2  and IEC 61034-2

These cables are ideal for installation in public buildings, hospitals, transport hubs, and industrial environments where fire, smoke emission, and toxic fumes in line with CPR 2017, they are suitable for both fixed wiring and flexible applications without mechanical stress or forced guidance.
